Pillar 02
Operations & Sales Systems
There comes a point where the constraint on a business stops being demand and becomes the way work moves through it. Jobs sit waiting on a decision. Things get dropped between two people who each assumed the other had it.
By then the founder has usually become the routing layer, and everything runs at the speed of one inbox.
We trace what happens to a real job from first enquiry through to delivered, including the steps that only exist in somebody's head. Then we rebuild the places it stalls and write down how the new version works.
What we build toward is a business that can run a busy week without you in the room, and go on running it after somebody leaves.
How systems work runs
Trace
We follow real jobs end to end, including the parts that live in an inbox and the workarounds nobody has written down anywhere.
Find the stalls
Every handoff is a place a job can stop moving. We mark which ones exist for a reason and which are left over from how the team used to be structured.
Rebuild
Stages, owners and triggers get made explicit. The pipeline goes into the CRM your team already opens every morning, so adoption does not become a second project.
Document
SOPs written for the person doing the job at four on a Friday, short enough that they get read.
Hand over
We walk the team through the new version and stay reachable while it beds in.
