Pillar 03
Business Automation & Workflow Systems
A lot of what a small team does every day is the same handful of actions on repeat. Chasing a reply. Copying a figure out of one tool and into another. Writing the same status update for the third time this week.
Work like that needs a person once, to decide what ought to happen, and after that it needs a rule. We find the tasks that repeat, agree the rule with you, and build it into software you already pay for.
One caveat we raise early: automation sits downstream of process. If the workflow underneath is broken, speeding it up produces the same problem at higher volume, so that gets fixed first.
How automations work runs
Find the repeats
We look for work that fires on a schedule or on a trigger. Frequency multiplied by minutes gives the shortlist, and it is normally shorter than people expect.
Straighten the process
Anything with a broken step gets fixed before it gets automated.
Build and route
Workflows go into the tools your team already opens. Leads get assigned by rule, so nothing sits waiting on whoever happens to notice it.
Make it visible
Live reporting on whatever you would otherwise have to ask about. People stop trusting an automation they cannot see working.
